Learned counsel for the State filed a memo of evidence along with the judgment of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kalyani, Nadia, dated July 9, 2024, passed in Sessions Case No. 240 of 2022. From the said judgment, it appears that the accused personsnamely, Alibuddin @ Alimuddin Mondal, Kutubuddin Mondal, Ajmira @ Tajmira Bibi, Salima Bibi, and Mafura Bibiwere found not guilty of any of the offences under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and were accordingly acquitted under Section 235 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with their bail bonds directed to continue for the next six months. 2 2. He further submits that the impugned order dated November 29, 2023, whereby the petition under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the petitioners was rejected, arose out of Sessions Case No. 240 of 2022 (stemming from Haringhata Police Station Case No. 137 of 2020 dated May 19, 2020). Consequently, the present challenge has become entirely infructuous following the final dismissal and acquittal recorded in the said Sessions Case. 3. In view of the acquittal of the accused persons/petitioners by the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge dated July 9, 2024, this revisional application deserves to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revisional application stands dismissed as infructuous. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. 7.
