Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2 to renew the Passport bearing No.AD889909 of the Petitioner for a period of TEN years and Annexure-P b. A memo for withdrawal dated 19.08.2026 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "I, the undersigned counsel appearing on behalf of the above petitioner herewith withdrawing the above petition since the Passport Authority concerned has directed the Petitioner to Withdraw the present case otherwise, they are unable to renew the Passport of the petitioner due to the pendency of the above case and the same is submitted before this Hon’ble Court as per the instructions of the Petitioner.
