Heard the learned counsel for the complainant and the
learned counsel for the accused who appears online.
2. This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the interim arrangement order dated 03.05.2025 passed in M.C No.793/2024 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru. The matrimonial case filed under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is still pending. During pendency of the aforesaid case, I.A. No.4 was filed in which, an order was passed granting right of visitation as regards the child as an interim relief till disposal of I.A. No.4.

3. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the accused and not denied by learned counsel for the complainant that on the very next date, I.A. No.4 was disposed of affirming the direction given by the Court on 03.05.2025. It is stated that the aforesaid order on I.A.No.4 was subjected to challenge before this Court in Writ Petition No.20111/2025 which was disposed of on 11.08.2025 with some visitation rights.
4. That being the case and given the fact that it is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the complainant that the
order passed by the Appellate Court is executable, this contempt petition would not be maintainable. It is accordingly consigned.
