In spite of service, no one appears on behalf of the respondents. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for compassionate appointment has not been considered in due process of Law and has been rejected unlawfully. The petitioner had challenged such rejection, which is pending before the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal in OA 139 of 2026. 4. In view of the decision of the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in WP.ST 209 of 2025 and WP.ST 210 of 2025 (Ananda Sundar Das vs. State of West Bengal and others), this writ petition on the selfsame cause of action cannot be entertained. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps to 2 ventilate her grievance. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
