Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 30.06.2025, Annexure P-9 has been submitted to the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the aforesaid representation, Annexure P-9 within a period of 6 months, in accordance with law and after granting opportunity of hearing to them, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
