The request made in the representations is for identification of land for allotment of house sites to 337 persons, who alleged to have lost their houses at Benniganahalli Village, Bengaluru East Taluk. Pursuant to the communication dated 30.07.2022 at Annexure K, directing the Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk to verify as to the availability of the Government land at Doddaballapura Taluk, the Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk has issued an endorsement dated 11.09.2025 informing the writ petitioner that within the jurisdiction of Doddaballapura Taluk, as per the report of Revenue Inspector, no Government lands are available for allotment, therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. 3. Since the representations submitted by the petitioner has been considered and the endorsement dated 11.09.2025 has already been issued, the prayer sought in the present writ petition has rendered infructuous.
