Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. What has been challenged is an order passed by respondent No.3, suspending the license/ registration/approval granted to the petitioner under Section 15 of the Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act, 2007. (hereinafter referred to as 'KPME Act' for short). The petitioner has an appellate remedy under Section 17 of the KPMC Act, 2007. 4.
