Accused in CC No.30715/2021 pending before the Court of XXXI ACJM, Benglauru City, arising out of Crime No.138/2021 registered by Bagalagunte Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 436 and 34 of IPC, is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that in all the other criminal cases registered against the petitioner by the very same police station, petitioner has been diligently appearing before the Trial Court. In the present case, he was not served with summons and he is shown to be absconding. He submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the Trial Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, the Trial Court may be directed to consider such application on the same day. 3. The said submission is placed on record.
