P.P. …...... 03/ 24.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as she is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. It is alleged that on receiving information the informant went to the place of occurrence and she found the dead body of her mother lying on the ground near the well. She got information from the villagers that Wakil Murmu, Mohril Murmu along with others committed murder of her mother. 4. Petitioner is a lady. She has been implicated in this case solely on the basis of suspicion. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after going through the case diary submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 6. Except suspicion and confessional statement there is no other material against her. 7. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka, in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No.30 of 2022 (S.T. Case No.59 of 2025), subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
