u/s 188/353/332/333/323/325/354/427/379/307/34 IPC corresponding to Sessions Case No. 159/2024 which is stated to be pending before the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Sribhumi and at the stage of appearance, 7 accused persons have been sent for trial, including the present petitioners. They were earlier on bail as indicated by an order dated 05.07.2024 which is annexed with the bail petition. It appears that subsequently due to the default in appearance, NBWA was issued with regard to the present three petitioners who were then arrested and upon their production they were remanded to the judicial custody and rejecting the bail application by an order dated 09.03.2026. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they would appear regularly and abide by any conditions imposed and they are willing to face the trial. The other four accused persons are already on bail. In the given facts and circumstances of the case and the undertaken on behalf of the petitioners, I am of the considered view that they should be allowed to go on bail and participate in the trial and on the basis of the materials and documents annexed to the bail petition, I am disposing of the
Page No.# 3/3 same, at this stage, itself. Accordingly, the petitioners are hereby allowed to go on bail in connection with aforementioned case on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.
25,000/- each with one suitable surety of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Sribhumi and subject to the conditions that they shall appear before the learned court below on the next date; they shall co-operate with the trial; they shall not hamper or tamper with evidence and they shall not misuse their liberty to commit any offence or illegal activities.
