ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the

learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.26402/2025 (GM- PP). The operative part of the said order reads as under:
"Therefore, the petition stands
disposed of observing that it would be open to the petitioner to occupy the premises but subject to any orders that could in the proceedings against the order dated 28.08.2025 in MA No.13/2024 provided that the petitioner avails such remedy within a reasonable period of time as this disposal cannot preclude any remedy that would otherwise be available to the petitioner as against such order."
2. The accused has filed the compliance affidavit, affirming that the seals had been removed and possession of the premises in question (a shop) was handed over.
3. The said accused has also filed Compact Disc which indicates a person removing the keys and also opening one of the locks. The learned counsel for the parties identify the person opening the locks as the complainant.
4. The learned counsel for the accused also submitted that both the keys had been handed over to the complainant.
5. The learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the locks on the premises were put by the accused.

6. In this view, we do not consider it apposite to enter the controversy whether in fact the keys were handed over. Since the locks were put by the accused, the complainant is at liberty to remove the locks put by the accused. The complaint is closed with the aforesaid observations.
7. All pending applications are also disposed of.
