The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.141 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 132, 115(2), 117(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 324(4), 49, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are four named accused and the allegations are there against 45 to 50 unknown persons of assembling and pelting stone upon police. He further submits that the altercation took place as one person was caught teasing one of the girl. He then submits that the criminal antecedents are said to be there in the impugned order, however, all these criminal antecedents are relating to political rivalry. @ Chintu Thakur has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1312 of 2026.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of pelting stones upon police force are there and the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Looking into the contents of the FIR there are general and omnibus allegation of pelting stone upon all the accused persons including the petitioner and it has been pointed out that criminal antecedents are said to be there in the impugned order, however, all these criminal antecedents are relating to political rivalry, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today, and the learned Court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as the sureties, as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.

A.B.A. No.1098 of 2026 stands disposed of.
