Page No.# 2/2 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of 53 days’ delay in filing the accompanying criminal revision petition. It appears that the respondents herein have already entered appearance by filing Vakalatnama, and the names of the learned counsel for the respondents have also been shown in the cause list; however, none appeared and no objections have been filed. I have perused the contents of the I.A., wherein the reasons for the delay have been stated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the instant application. Upon such perusal, I am satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from approaching the Court within the period of limitation.
