During the pendency of the instant writ petition, the Managing Director, KRIDL, Bengaluru, has issued and Official Memorandum dated 04.09.2024, whereunder respondent no.2 has been transferred and placed on additional charge of the post of Executive Engineer, Madikeri Sub Division. Subsequently, respondent no.2 reported for duty to the said post on 10.09.2024. Copy of the Official Memorandum dated 04.09.2024 as well as duty report dated 10.09.2024 are enclosed along with the memo. 3.
