The petitioner also approached the respondents seeking same relief by way of communications dated 02.03.2025 and 05.05.2025, Annexures P-5 and P-6, however, however, no action has been taken thereupon. In this regard, a legal notice dated 16.07.2026, Annexure P-8 has been served upon the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. Upon doing so, if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
