1. Learned counsel for the State respondents has handed over a report wherein it reveals that the tender in question has already been cancelled by the respondent authorities.
2. In view of the above, this Court finds that the writ petition filed by the petitioners has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed as infructuous.
4. The report submitted by the State is taken on record.
5. It is made clear that dismissal of the writ petition will not prevent the petitioners to participate in the future tender of the said work if petitioners are otherwise eligible.
6. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
