JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 30.03.2026 None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called. The Lawazima Court’s Order dated 21.11.2025 indicates that although some time was granted to the petitioner to take fresh steps for issuance of notice upon the respondent No. 4 by registered post but the same was not done. It was therefore opined that the petitioner is no longer interested in the matter. Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the Secondary Education Department, submits that the petitioner was about 55 years of age at the time of filing of the writ petition in the month of September, 2017 and therefore he must have attained the age of superannuation as on today. He submits that perhaps it is for this reason that the petitioner is not represented. Considering the same, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to file afresh, if any cause of action survives. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
