Learned advocates for the parties are present. Heard learned advocates. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the application for grant of domestic connection of electricity is rejected by respondent No.2, the Assistant Engineer, Ferrargunj Sub Division, Electricity Department, South Andaman. In the order of rejection appearing in annexure P3 it appears that the application was rejected on the ground that (1) wrong category applied as per the load. (2) Undertaking mentioned as submitted is wrong. 3. In the facts and circumstances the Court is of the view that necessary liberty should be granted to the writ petitioner to make necessary rectification and then apply in accordance with law. 4. As submitted by the learned advocate for the respondents that as Loha Barick falls within the Forest region the necessary clearance to be obtained from the Forest Department. 2 5. In view of such submission the respondent authorities shall move the Forest Department for necessary no objection. Such decision shall be taken within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. The writ petition is thus disposed of. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
