Thus this writ application stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent No. 2, Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department, Chouldari to consider and decide the application made by the writ petitioner for grant of electricity connection in accordance with law upon giving the writ petitioner and his learned advocate an opportunity of being heard within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
