This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.03.2026 vide https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 23661 of 2026 Application Ref.No.POHS252619123 for allotment of industrial plot bearing Plot No.E-28, measuring 4.53 acres at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Phase II, Hosur and allot the said plot to the petitioner herein. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is an existing Industrial allottee in SIPOT Industrial Complex, Phase II-Expansion II, Hosur and is engaged in the manufacture and export of engineered quartz stone slabs. The petitioner made application for allotment of adjacent Plot No.E28 measuring 4.53 acres to the respondent vide various representations, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2026 in Application Ref.No.POHS252619123 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
