Kumar, learned advocate submits that his client intends to be added as party respondent in this writ petition as her right is involved. 3. In the facts and circumstances, Smt. Mathi be added as a party respondent in the writ application in course of this day. 4. As the application filed by the writ petitioner is to be considered and decided by the respondent No.2, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending and directing respondents to file affidavits. 5. This writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application for electricity connection made by the petitioner marked annexure P1 of the writ application after giving opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner, Shri. Vijaya Raj and his learned advocate as well as respondent, Smt. Mathi who is added as a party respondent and pass a reasoned order. 2 6.
