1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-
“(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon’ble Court for its kind perusal. (ii) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to prefer a representation before respondent No.2/ADGP, Administration, Raipur and also before respondent No.3/ADGP, CAF, PHQ, Raipur and direct them to decide his representation for cancellation of his transfer order dated 20.01.2026 issued by Police Headquarters, Raipur and also the relieving order dated 23.01.2026 (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondent No.7/Company Commander, Bechapal, District Beejapur and post him at his main headquarters i.e. 2nd Battalion, Sakri, District Bilaspur (C.G.). (iii) That, this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct the respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by him as also cost of the litigation.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working on the post of Constable and was posted at E-company Mantralaya Naya Raipur, 2nd Battalion Sakari Bilaspur is transferred to 2nd Battalion C.G. Armed Forces Camp Bechapal, Police Station – Mirtur, District Bijapur, which is a highly naxalite affected area. Petitioner was earlier posted in the naxal affected area and has suffered injuries in a clash between
3 naxalites and person of armed forces. Though petitioner has joined his transferred place of posting, however, petitioner looking to the past incidents and effect of the injuries being still facing by him, he may be permitted to submit representation before the competent authority for
consideration and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted at the earliest within specified time.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation before the concerned authority, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made.
4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before the respondents No.2 and 3 and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner within further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands
