Since common facts and grounds are involved in all these petitions, they are being considered and decided by this common order. 2. By way of the present petitions, the petitioners, who are presently working as Vocational Trainers (VTPs) in various schools situated in different districts, have called in question Annexure P/1, i.e. the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued for engagement of a placement agency. The petitioners have approached this Court apprehending discontinuation of their existing engagement/employment pursuant to the said RFP. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, placing reliance upon the communication dated 31.08.2026 issued by the School Education Department to the Managing Director, State Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, submits that the State Government has advised the Managing Director, State Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, to continue the existing VTPs who are presently working. It is further submitted that, in view of 19 the aforesaid decision, there is presently no threat to the engagement of the petitioners. Learned State counsel also submits that the tender floated on the GeM Portal has since been cancelled. It is, therefore, contended that the grievance raised by the petitioners does not survive at this stage. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 and 3 has also reiterated the submissions made by the learned State counsel. 5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and in view of the communication dated 31.08.2026 as well as the submission that the tender floated on the GeM Portal has already been cancelled, no surviving cause of action is presently made out for adjudication in these petitions. 6. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of at this stage. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to revive their grievance in the event any fresh cause of action arises. 7. So far as the grievance regarding non-payment of salary for the period in question is concerned, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/forum, in 20 accordance with law, for redressal of the said grievance. 8.
