By the instant petition the applicant is praying for the following relief: i. Grant ad interim/anticipatory bail to the applicant from his arrest in furtherance of FIR No. 0035 of 2026 (FIR dated 10.02.2025) U/s 11(1), 3, 5 of Uttarakhand Cow Progeny Act, 2007 P.S. Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar subject to conditions or directions as it may be deem fit. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned but since the Ramzan are going on, therefore, he may be given some protection during this period. 5. Learned A.G.A. have not raised any objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally with a direction to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned on or before 04.05.2026.
