The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, corresponding to S.T. Case No. 371/2025, for the offences under section 103 (1) of the BNS pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 10.6.2025 and charge has also been framed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the father of the petitioner is informant in this case and this petitioner has murdered his own mother. He also submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the custody of the petitioner is also not long, in view of that, the regular bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assault and murder of his own mother and the father of this petitioner is informant, I am not 2026:JHHC:985 2 inclined to release the petitioner on regular bail 6.
