JUSTICE D K SINGH) Learned counsel for the review petitioners has filed a memo dated 06.02.2026 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the review petition. Memo reads as under:- MEMO The petitioners submits as follows:- 1. The petitioners herein on 11.11.2025 has filed the current Review Petition seeking review of the order dated 13.10.2025 passed in R.F.A.No.1078/2024, subsequent to filing of the above Revision Petition the petitioners has filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.4035/2026, the Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 30.01.2026 has passed an order which reads as hereunder:- "1. Issue notice, returnable on 16.03.2026. 2. Mr. Amit Pai, learned Advocate on Record, has entered caveat and accepts notice for Respondents. Hence, service of formal notice to the respondents is waived. 3. Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. It is submitted that, the petitioners herein at the time of filing of the Review Petition has paid the requisite Court fee of Rs.88,856/- (Rs. Eighty- eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-Six only) vide DD No.535259 dated 08.01.2026. However, as the petitioners herein are willing to withdraw the current petition, the petitioners herein humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to refund the requisite Court Fee of Rs.88,856/- to meet the ends of justice and Equity.
