The husband of the petitioner, namely, Dhanaram Anant was Lower Division Clerk in the Office of District Treasury, Bilaspur and he has been missing since 1980. The petitioner/wife of the Government servant has filed this petition to release and disbursement of retiral dues. 3. Mr. Keshav Gupta, Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit that according to prevailing rules, the petitioner was required to lodge FIR and after expiry of one year from said date, he would be entitled to receive all retiral dues. 4. At this stage, Mr. Pandey would submit that FIR was lodged on 30.03.2025 and one year has already expired. 5. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Pandey, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to release and disburse admissible retiral dues to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from today. 6.
