2. The parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Writ Court for the sake of convenience.
3. The petitioner is seeking the benefit of Section 20(4) Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 on the ground that she has suffered physical disability during the employment with the respondent - Corporation as a Conductor. The Writ Court in order to assess the disability had directed the petitioner to subject herself before the Medical Board to be constituted by the Superintendent of Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital on 20.07.2026.
4. Instead of subjecting herself to assess her disability, the petitioner has filed this appeal. Whether she is suffering from disability and what is the extent of disability can be assessed by the Medical Board as directed by the learned Single Judge. Hence, we find no merit in this appeal.
5. It is submitted that the petitioner has already appeared before the Medical Board on 20.07.2026.
