Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the results for the selection process of Anganwadi Workers for the Gram Panchayat has not been published in her case. 3. The petitioner had participated in the recruitment process by way advertisement being Memorandum No. 155/ICDS/P dated August 27, 2019 for the post of Anganwadi Worker. 4. The petitioner is aggrieved that subsequently, result for the post has been published without any reference to her. 5. As pointed out by Mr. Pal, learned Advocate appearing for the State, recruitment process which has been subsequently declared, relates to the advertisement by Memorandum No. 165/ICDS/P dated September 4, 2019 and is separate and distinct 2 from the recruitment process in which the petitioner had participated. 6. Mr. Sen, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, has fairly submitted that he is not pressing the reliefs in so far as the Prayer ‘C’ is concerned, as the petitioner has merely interested in getting her recruitment in the process in which she had participated. 7. It has been informed that the result for the recruitment process and the category, in which the petitioner had applied, has not yet been published. 8. In view thereof, petitioner’s representation on August 13, 2025, be considered in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of service of a copy of this order on the concerned respondent, being respondent no. 3. 9. I make it clear that since I have not gone into the merits of the case, consideration of representation will not create any equity or right in favour of the petitioner. 10. Resultant order will be communicated within a period of ten days thereafter to the petitioner. 11. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 12.
