That the respondent State may kindly be directed to undertake & conduct enquiry, fresh demarcation in a transparent and fair manner of the land in dispute, correct the revenue entries qua individual land shares where-in at the time of consolidation the authorities have changed the area/dimensions of the land in ownership & possession of the petitioners and respondents. conduct enquiry with respect to the property shown in the documents and entries be made correct in the record of rights and put the parties in possession/ownership as per their entitlement from the very beginning and encroachment found on land involved in present lis of any person may kindly be restored 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 to the right holders and strict action be taken against the erring officials of the state for failing to discharge their statutory duties in accordance to law. B. That ad-interim directions may kindly be issued to the respondents not to proceed further with regard to distribution of individual shares/land holdings without taking into the consideration the documents, old & new Jamabandies in a rightful manner.” 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the present petition as the petitioners intend to avail appropriate remedy, as may be available to them in-law, for the redressal of their grievances raised in this petition. 3. Granting permission as sought for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
