After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Rahul Kasbekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. 4. Request made by Mr. Rahul Kasbekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner is not opposed by Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent No.1 – State. 5. In view of the statement made by Mr. Rahul Kasbekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition. 6.
