The petitioner is aggrieved that the finding of the disciplinary authority, which was upheld by the appellate authority, is that he is guilty of the charges leveled against him. The petitioner has challenged the decision of the appellate authority, which is pending before the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal since 2022. 2. Since the matter has been pending for long and there is no imminent urgency in the matter, this Court is bound by the dictum of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WPST/209/2025 and WPST/210/2025 (Anindya Sundar Das Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). 3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ-petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 4. The petitioner will be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.
