This Application has been filed by the applicant-complainant to direct the Court of learned IIIrd Additional Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar to conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No.32 of 2025 (Old No.637 of 2020), “Smt. Rajeshwari Tripathi Vs. Arun Bisht”, pending under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, as expeditiously as possible. 2 .

2026:UHC:483 Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 for speedy and expeditiously disposal of the cases falling under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 4 . The Complaint Case is pending since the year,
2020. Keeping in mind the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application (No.77 of 2026) is disposed of directing the learned IIIrd Additional Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar to expedite the proceedings of the said Complaint Case No.32 of 2025 (Old No.637 of 2020) and conclude the proceedings as per law and as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
