In I n dian Ban k Associat ion an d Ot h er s vs. Un ion of I ndia an d Ot h er s, ( 2 0 1 4) 5 SCC 5 9 0 , the Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed all the Criminal Courts in the country dealing with the cases under 1 2026:UHC:483 Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 for speedy and expeditiously disposal of the cases falling under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 4 . The Complaint Case is pending since the year, 2020.
