JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Order 07/04/2026 Both these appeals have been filed by the appellant against the orders dated 02.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in S.B. Review Petition Nos.192/2019 & 202/2019. During the course of arguments, both the learned counsels informed the Court that during pendency of these appeals before this Court, the Assistant Commissioner, Devsthan Department has finally decided the application No. 1/2019 which was pending before it vide order dated 16.02.2026. Learned counsel for both the parties further informed the court that a suit is also pending before the learned District Judge [2026:RJ-JP:14261-DB] (3 of 3) [SAW-920/2023] under Section 22 of the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 for cancellation of entries. Considering the statement of learned counsel for the parties and also considering the orders passed by the Courts below, in our considered view by efflux of time, these appeals have become infructuous and are disposed of accordingly. The parties are at liberty to avail the remedy available to them under the law. In the event of any appeal/suit or proceeding being filed or pending as on date by either party, the same is directed to be decided independently within six months without being influenced by the observations made by this Court in order dated 02.06.2023 in S.B.
