This writ petition is filed by the petitioner with a basic prayer that the respondent be directed to release the death certificate with regard to the death of his father who has expired on 14.03.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the death certificate certifying death of the father of the petitioner has been issued on 20.02.2026.
