Applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 110/2026 registered at Police Station- Raghunath Nagar, District Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 of Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004, Section 11(1)(d) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 111(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to file application for grant of regular bail before the Court of competent jurisdiction. He however submits that direction be issued to the concerned Court to consider and decide the bail application, to be filed by applicant, on the same day.
