The case is of the year 2023. The report of the police authorities do not reflect that the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. Having considered that the petitioner intends to surrender and face the trial, I direct that in case the petitioner appears before the learned jurisdictional court, the learned jurisdictional court would allow the petitioner to furnish bond on condition that he shall meet with the officer in charge of the Hili police station till the trial is over.
