Mr. Antarikhya Basu Ms. Rajnandini Das ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 8 months and out of 26 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 16 witnesses have already been examined. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner was identified in the T.I. Parade and there has been recovery from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody for a considerable period of time. Learned Trial Court is directed to fix a schedule of 3 dates once in a month and conclude the trial at the earliest. 2 Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. With the aforesaid directions CRM (M) 306 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
