From submissions made on behalf of petitioner and State respondents, it appears that mother being petitioner has come up with present writ petition seeking direction upon concerned police authorities for giving custody of her son in favour of petitioner. 2. However, it is submitted on behalf of State respondents that at present son is under the custody of his biological father. 3. From submissions made on behalf of parties, it appears that issue centers around custody of son requiring petitioner to approach appropriate forum. 4. Hence, writ petition is disposed of thereby granting liberty to petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. 5.
