During course of hearing it has been brought to notice of this Court that petitioner in WPA 15968 of 2026 has filed another writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025. Copy of writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025 is placed before this Court by learned advocate representing respondent no.6 who is respondent no.4 of writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025. Copy of writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025 is taken on record. 3. It is contended on behalf of respondent no.6 that issue involved in this writ petition is similar to issue raised in WPA 26272 of 2025. According to respondent no.6 writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025 is still pending and no order is passed on said writ petition. Pendency of writ petition being WPA 26272 of 2025 is not disclosed in WPA 15968 of 2026. 4. In view of pendency of previous writ petition on similar issue, present writ petition is not entertained and same is dismissed. 5.
