To accept the cause title, the present Sub Application No. 432 of 2026 is filed. However, impleading parties in the contempt proceedings who were not parties in the Criminal Original Petition is beyond the scope of the contempt jurisdiction. Hence, the request to accept the cause title stands dismissed. However, the dismissal of the application seeking acceptance of the cause title shall not be any impediment for the petitioner herein to proceed with the contempt petition as against respondents 2 and 3, who are parties in the Criminal Original Petition. 3.
