At the request of Ms. Parish Rupanawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP, this Application is de- tagged from Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 127 of 2026, 166 of 2026, 173 of 2026, 266 of 2026, 1069 of 2024, 2357 of 2025, 2358 of 2025, 2363 of 2025 and 2365 of 2025. 2. Heard Ms. Parish Rupanawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent – State. 3. On 21.05.2026, the following order was made :- 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. Arjun 1 30-ABA-269-2026.doc 2. Applicant is apprehending his arrest in C.R. No. 10 of 2026 registered with Natepute Police Station, District Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 108, 80, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that even if the allegations contained in the FIR are taken at their face value does not constitute alleged commission of offence. The learned counsel submits that in absence of specific overt act/allegation or role attributed to the Applicant that connects the applicant to the alleged offence, entails the applicant to protect his liberty. 4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the application submitting that the offence is serious in nature and prayed to reject the application. 5. Perusal of the record indicates that the marriage was performed in 2024 whereas deceased committed suicide on 16/01/2026. Prima facie in absence of proximate and compelling reasons, the case is made out for grant of ad-interim relief. 6. Hence, following order: ORDER I. In the event of arrest of the applicant Sunil Dada Alias Mahadev Narute, in connection with C.R. No. 10 of 2026 registered with Natepute Police Station, District Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 108, 80, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant be released on bail on executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-with one surety in the like amount. II. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon as and when called by the Investigating Officer in writing. III. The applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. 7. Stand over to 29/06/2026. Arjun 2 30-ABA-269-2026.doc 4. Ms. Parish Rupanawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer at the Natepute Police Station, Solapur and has cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 10 of 2026. She submits that the Applicant shall continue to cooperate with the investigation in Crime No. 10 of 2026. 5. Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions from the Investigating Officer at the Natepute Police Station, Solapur submits that the Applicant has cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 10 of 2026. 6. In view of the statements made by Ms. Parish Rupanawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Dr A. A. Takalkar, learned APP, this Application is allowed by making the order dated 21.05.2026 absolute. The conditions in paragraph No. 6 (I) to (III) of the order dated 21.05.2026, shall continue to operate as final conditions in this Application, with the following additional condition:- (a) The Applicant shall provide the Investigation Officer, Natepute Police Station, Solapur, with his residential address along with proof, his contact Arjun 3 30-ABA-269-2026.doc number and must inform the Investigating Officer of any changes to this information from time to time. 7.
