Without expressing anything on the merit of the writ petition, the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection is pending on the file of the second respondent and as such the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
