The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the financial condition of the petitioners is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, theorder order dated 17.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.200 of 2026 in Crime No.03 of 2026 of Itchapuram Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam, against the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3shall be enlarged on bail subject to their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ichapuram. 5.
