No.80/2001 dated August 31, 2001 under Sections 365/366/420/342/323/379/120(B) of Indian Penal Code was submitted in respect of Nabadwip P.S. Case No.88/2000 dated August 1, 2000. 5. Since the victim stands recovered and since the police filed charged sheet as noted above, we deem it appropriate not to pass any further orders in this habeas corpus writ petition. 2 6.
