Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3. It is seen that on 12.05.2026, the de facto complainant had gone to a tea shop to have tea. At that time, the petitioner was allegedly present there and abused the de facto complainant by referring to him by his caste name and also assaulted. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Principal District and Session Court, Ariyalur to consider the petitioner’s bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No. 254 of 2026 on the file of the respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 15684 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989.
