The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 108, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted and threatened the deceased and because of the same, he committed suicide. 4. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Patna High Court CR. MISC. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all steps for arrest of the petitioners. 7.
