2.1. It is the case of the petitioners that they joined the service as "Driver, Conductor, Checking Inspector and Tradesman under the first respondent Corporation respectively during the year 1989 to 1998 respectively. They retired on attaining the age of superannuation. It is the contention of the petitioners that their settlement benefits had been settled in pre-revised pay instead of revised pay. In accordance with the 15th Wage Settlement, the petitioners are entitled to get the difference in gratuity and leave salary with 10% interest. 3. The petitioners had made a representation to the respondents to pay their differential payments with interest. However, the same had not been considered to date by the respondents. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court. 4. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the records. 5.
Considering the limited request of the petitioners and taking note of the fact that the petitioners’ representation has not been considered to date by the Respondents, a mandamus, is therefore, issued to the respondents to pay the eligible difference in Salary, Surrender Leave Salary, Dearness Allowance, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
