Though no time has been mentioned in the application, to comply with the above said order, but the learned counsel representing the applicant/petitioner submits that the amount as directed by this Court shall be deposited positively within a period of four weeks from today. 3. In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, four weeks’ time is granted to comply with the abovesaid order passed by this Court.
