The petitioners are aggrieved that they have not been considered for a scheme and/or at least for Continuing Education Programme. 3. The petitioners were formerly engaged as Mukhya Anuprerak, Saha Anuprerak, Anuprerak and Saha Mukhya Anuprerak. This scheme in which the petitioners were engaged has long become defunct and was finally rounded off in 2019. 4. Mr. Dey and Mr. Roy appearing for the Union of India and the State respectively have both submitted that there is no subsisting scheme under the programme under which the petitioners can be accommodated. In the event, in the near future, if any such scheme is floated and there is a requirement of staff, for which the petitioners are eligible, the candidature of the petitioners may be considered in accordance with law. 6. I make it clear that this order shall not create any right and/or equity in favour of the petitioners to be appointed under such scheme, if at all. 7. In view of the aforestated directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8. There shall be no order as to costs. 9.
